Gently clean the area and dry it completely. Patches stick best to clean, dry skin.

Peel a dot from its backing and place it over the spot. Keep creams and oils out from underneath.

Forget it.
Keep your hands off and follow the wear time on the pack. Peel off gently and discard after use.

What exactly is a Man Dot?
A clear hydrocolloid patch for an individual blemish. It covers the spot and absorbs surface fluid while helping you keep your hands off.
Will it work on every kind of spot?
No. Hydrocolloid needs surface fluid to absorb. Deep, closed spots and blackheads are not the same use case. For persistent or painful acne, ask a dermatologist about treatment.
How long do I wear it?
Follow the wear time on your product’s packaging. Apply to clean, dry skin, remove gently, and discard after use. Don’t reuse a patch.
Can I wear it over facial hair?
The patch needs contact with skin. Facial hair can make it harder to get a good seal. Avoid pulling a patch through beard hair.
How many dots come in a box?
50 clear hydrocolloid dots per box, arranged on two sheets of 25. A three-box pack contains 150 dots.
What about shipping and returns?
